How Do I use the site to place an order?

Choose your products by category, or use the 'Search' box to look for products by reference number, description or just what you are looking for. Simply type your phrase in the box and the website will return appropriate results.
On the category pages you can view products by clicking on them in order to find out more.
You can simply add products to your basket by clicking on 'Add to Basket' and selecting the quantity you require. Your individual shopping basket always shows at the top right-hand corner of your screen and shows the number of items and current value of your selected products in the basket. You can click on your basket to view it. Once you are viewing your basket you can change quantities, delete products, continue shopping or checkout.
Prices shown on our website are by default displayed in Pound Sterling (£) and excluding VAT.


If I order are my Payment Details Secure?

You can make secure payments on our checkout pages by Debit/Credit Card, PayPal and Amazon Checkout. Alternatively, we can arrange for payment by BACS (please contact us).
All payments are subject to fraud screening and we constantly update our website security measures in line with industry standards.


Do I have to open an account to buy from you?

No, anyone can order from us.
All our prices are shown excluding and including VAT.



Do you sell goods to the general public or just trade?

Yes, we do. We are happy to sell goods to businesses and the general public. Every customer can rely on our service and quality products.


What are your delivery charge and levels of delivery service?

All order delivery times quoted are subject to us being able to check our stock availability.
Carriage charges are as follow:
England, Wales & Scotland (excluding Highlands) 3 to 5 Working Day £10.00

England, Wales & Scotland (excluding Highlands) Next Working Day £12.50

Scottish Highlands: 3/5 Day £20.00

Northern Ireland: 3/5 Day £40.00

Channel Islands: 3/5 Day £50.00

Isle of Wight: 3/5 Day £20.00

Isle of Man: 3/5 Day £40.00

International
Our website currently only accepts orders delivered within the UK however, customers in other countries should email shop@tradesystems.co.uk with details of the items they require and your delivery location, we will quote a carriage charge using UPS or FedEx, as these companies offer worldwide delivery on parcels weighing up to 30kgs

When will my order be dispatched?

We make every effort to dispatch your order within 2 days of you placing it


My delivery is missing items or items are damaged. What should I do?

Please call us and we will endeavour to resolve the problem quickly. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee and free returns policy. If the goods are delivered and appear not in good condition, they must be signed for as received in damaged condition. If goods are delivered and the number of parcels for the consignment does not add up as per the delivery note, this must be noted when the goods are signed for.


Do you deliver outside the UK?

If you live or require delivery outside the UK then you can email us your requirements and we will get a cost for shipping for you.
Without exception carriage will be charged at cost on all export orders.


Can I collect my order from your Showrooms/Warehouse?

Our Offices,showrooms and warehouse are open
Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.00pm
We are closed weekends and public holidays
